航海技术专业船舶航行教学团队建设的思考

摘　　要：马尼拉修正案的实施促进了航海技术专业教学内容的重组和改革。许多原本已形成的教学团队被重新进行了组合,面对新的发展,新组合的教学团队该如何建设与发展成为推进航海技术专业向前发展的关键。本文对以岗位技能为模块组建的船舶航行教学团队的成员组成、建设策略和建设意义进行了阐述。The implementation of Manila Amendments facilitates the reorganization and reformation for the teaching content in marine technology.Many established teaching teams are forced to restructure.In confronting with new development,how to construct and develop the newly -combined teaching team becomes a crucial power to promote the development of marine tech-nology.This paper introduces the formation of vessel's navigation teaching team based on job qualification module and elaborates the strategies and significance of construction.
