摘　　要：本文以中山大学南方学院的大学英语教学为例,从现状分析出发,主要从四个方面,即新理念的渗透、课程内容的设置、授课方式的转变和学院政策的支持,论述了独立学院在国际化人才培养中应该作何努力,以能在培养国际化人才的目标中起到应有的作用。This paper takes the university English teaching in Southern College of Zhongshan University as the example,start-ing from the analysis of the present situation malnly from the four following aspects,i.e.,the penetration of new concept,con-tent of the course,teaching mode transformation and school of policy support.the independent colleges should do efforts in the Internationalized talents cultivation,in order to be able to play its due role in the international talents'tralning target.
