关于高校干部教育工作的思考

摘　　要：高校干部教育是高等学校实践江泽民“三个代表”重要思想 ,落实“科教兴国”伟大战略的重要因素 ,具有十分重要的意义。由于干部素质、干部教育机制等各方面的原因 ,我国高校干部教育的现状还不尽如人意。加强干部教育必须从把握规律、健全机制、建立和完善评估体系三个方面入手。The education of university cadres is significant as a part of Jiang Zemin's 'Three Representatives' and an important factor of 'Prospering China with science and education.'Owing to respective reasons like cadres' qualities and educational system of cadres,the present situation of university cadre education is not so good.So we should start from the three aspects:grasping laws,strengthening machanism,setting up and perfecting evalution system so as to strengthen cadre deucation.
