摘 要:目的应用语图仪研究腭裂患者的语音声学特点。方法 应用VS99语音工作站,对115例腭裂术前患者和86例腭裂术后患者的语音声学特点进行分析,同时对腭裂术后患者按不同术式进行分组比较,并与109例正常儿童的语音声学特点进行了对照研究。结果腭裂患者语音频谱谱纹散乱,着色浅,频带窄。辅音语图上无空白间隙和冲直条出现。但采用咽成型术腭裂术后患者中有10人语图上出现空白间隙和冲直条。利用LPC谱对腭裂患者发元音/a//i//u/,进行共振峰分析,发现除发/a/音时变化较多外,发/i//u/音时均表现为F2 F3降低,提示腭裂患者发音时存在舌位后移,软腭下降。结论利用语图仪对腭裂患者进行语音分析是可行的,有效的。采用咽成型术可能比采用兰氏法在恢复患者正常腭咽闭合方面效果更佳。Objective To study the acoustic - phonetic features of the cleft patients with sound spectrograph. Methods The acoustic-phonetic features of 115 cleft patients before operation and 86 cleft patients after operation were analyzed with VS99 voice station, contrast by 109 children without cleft. Results The manifestation of the spectrum of the cleft patients were as follows: The veins of the spectrogram were promiscuity and hypo-chromia, and the breadth were narrow. The manifestation of the consonant spectrogram were absent of spike and blank gap. To. analyze the formant of the vowel 'a i u' by LPC method which pronounced by the cleft patients, we found the formant of the vowel 'Vchange variously, the F1 and F2 on the formant of the vowel 'i u'were lower than which of the children without cleft. It prompted that the tongue removed backwards and the soft palate declined when the cleft patients pronounced. Conclusion To study the acoustic-phonetic features of the cleft patients with sound spectrograph are feasible and effective. To resume the velophsryngeal, maybe the Posterior Pharyngeal Flap operation is more effective than the Langenbeck operation.
