摘　　要：戴西是英国19世纪末、20世纪初著名法学家,在宪法领域和国际私法领域取得了卓著成就。在冲突法领域,他批判和借鉴了荷兰法学家胡伯冲突法理论,系统阐述了"既得权"理论,编撰《英格兰冲突法汇编》(1986年),为英国国际私法发展做出了重大贡献,并且深刻影响甚至主导了20世纪初美国国际私法的发展。Dicey,a great British jurist in late nineteenth Century and early twentieth century had made remarkable achievements in the field of private international law and the constitution. In the field of conflict of laws,he criticized and referred to the Huber's theory,and set forth the theory of vested rights systematically. And he wrote a digest of the laws of England with reference to the conflict of laws in 1986. He had made a significant contribution to the development of private international law in England,and had a deep impact on and even led the development of private international law in early twentieth century in USA.
