摘　　要：基于对韩国终身教育学科建设、终身教育人才培养目标及培养体制、终身教育人才活动领域以及韩国终身教育人才培养的实践等四个方面的介绍,对我国终身教育体系的构建、学习型社会的建设与发展等提出三点建议。This paper puts forward three pieces of suggestion to the construction and development of a lifelong education system and the learning-type society in our country based on a introduction of the following four aspects:South Korea's lifelong education subject construction,personnel training goal and system of lifelong education,personnel activity field of lifelong education as well as the personnel training practice of lifelong education.
