摘  要:采用空气炮实验装置、渗透剂增强的X射线照相法和高强光背射法对中心受到横向冲击的G/K织物混杂增强复合材料层合板的冲击损伤情况进行研究 ,讨论了G、K织物交替铺层时层合板的应力特征与损伤状况 ,分析了面、背板与芯板材质变化时层合板的应力与冲击损伤的关系、铺层角变化时层合板的损伤特征。结论强调指出 ,为提高复合材料层合板的抗弹能力 ,应采用混杂铺层、铺层角的错配方式 。To meet potential needs for bulletproof apparel,the means of improving bulletproof properties of G/K wove fabric reinforced composite laminated plate to afford better protection to its users are studied by air gun impact device and X rays.The stress and damage characteristics of composite laminated plate reinforced with G/K wove fabrics are discussed,and the relationship of laminated plate stress and impact damage with change of face panels and cores,as well as the damage properties with layer angle are analyzed.Experimental results show that the commingled weave layers,the layer angle changing and no Kevlar back face should to adopted in order to improve the bulletproof properties of composite laminated plate.
