情感性精神障碍发病与季节关系的圆形统计分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨情感性精神障碍发病与季节的关系 ,为此病防治措施的制订提供参考依据。方法 :采用圆形统计法 ,对 1996年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月六年间首次发病住院的 175 2例情感性精神障碍患者的发病高峰时间进行统计分析。结果 :情感性精神障碍患者的发病高峰时间具有显著性差异 (r =0 115 2 ,P <0 0 1) ,发病高峰时间约为 2月 2 3日 ,按季节推算应为冬末春初。结论 :此季节加强精神疾病的防治工作是降低情感性精神障碍发病的主要措施之一。Objective:To investigate affective disorder and the onset peak season Methods:1752 cases of first-episode affective disorder who had been admission to our hospital from January 1996 to December 2001 were studied by using circular analysis Results:The onset peak season on affective disorder patients was 23 th,February (r=0 1152,p<0 01),which was the time between winter and spring Conclusion:If the prevention and cure work is strengthen in this season,incidence of affective disorder may be cut down
