摘　　要：新一轮考试招生改革已于2014年9月拉开了序幕。这次改革,从着眼于考试分数到着重于人的成长意义,实施综合素质评价和高中学业水平考试,改革力度之大前所未有。本文提出,只有建设四大体系,力推高考改革顺利健康发展,才能建成中国特色现代教育考试招生制度。A new round of examination and enrollment reform started in September 2014. The reform focuses on the growth of people and implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation and high school proficiency test. The reform scale is unprecedented, so this article puts forward that only by constructing four major systems to promote the reform of gaokao can a modern education examination and enrollment system with Chinese characteristics be built.
