益气养阴解毒方对鼻咽癌放疗患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴解毒方防治鼻咽癌放疗并发症的疗效及其对患者生存质量的影响。方法:将52例鼻咽癌放疗患者随机分为观察组与对照组,两组患者均采用单纯放疗,观察组在放疗期间及放疗后1个月内服用益气养阴解毒方,8周后比较两组患者放疗并发症发生情况、主要临床症状与生活质量改善情况。结果:观察组放疗并发症明显少于对照组(P<0.05),主要临床症状中头痛、鼻塞、鼻出血等症状改善明显优于对照组(P<0.05),但吞咽受阻、颈部肿块差异不显著(P>0.05);观察组患者生存质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴解毒方可减少鼻咽癌患者放疗并发症、改善主要临床症状、提高生存质量。Objective:To study the effect of Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu prescription prevent and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy complications and its effect on quality of life of patients. Methods:52 cases were randomly divided into observer group and control group. Two groups of patients were treated with radiotherapy alone,but the observer group and taking Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu prescription during radiotherapy and 1 month after radiotherapy. Two groups were compared the incidence of complications of radiotherapy,the improvement of he main clinical symptoms and quality of life. Results:Complications of radiotherapy patients in the observer group was significantly less than the control group( P < 0. 05),the main clinical symptoms of headache,nasal congestion,nasal bleeding 3 symptoms improve in the observer group than the control group( P < 0. 05),but blocked swallowing and neck mass were not significant( P >0. 05);while the quality of life in the observer group were higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Yiqi Yangyin Jiedu prescription can reduce the complications of radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,better the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life.
