舒肝消郁饮联合帕罗西丁治疗围绝经期抑郁症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒肝消郁饮联合帕罗西丁治疗围绝经期抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将80例围绝经期抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。对照组患者给予替勃龙联合帕罗西丁治疗,治疗组患者给予中药汤剂舒肝消郁饮联合帕罗西丁治疗,连续治疗8周。对两组患者治疗前后激素水平、抑郁评分、围绝经期症状及临床疗效进行分析。结果:治疗后两组患者性激素水平比较,无明显差异(P>0.05),而治疗组患者临床症状均较对照组明显改善,且临床痊愈率及有效率明显提高(P<0.05)。不良反应方面,对照组出现阴道流血、乳房胀痛、体质量增加、恶心及焦虑的患者较治疗组明显增加,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒肝消郁饮联合帕罗西丁治疗围绝经期抑郁症疗效显著,且能改善患者的性激素水平,减少不良反应。Objective:To discuss the curative effective of Shugan Xiaoyu Drinks combined with Paroxetine for patients with perimenopausal depression. Methods:80 cases with perimenopausal depression were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each group was 40 cases. Control group was given Tibolone combined with Paroxetine,and observation group was given Shugan Xiaoyu Drinks combined with Paroxetine,for treatment of 8 weeks. Comparative analysis the hormone levels,de pression score,perimenopausal symptoms and clinical efficacy of patients in two groups before and after treatment. Results:The sex hormone levels of two groups after treatment were no significant differences( P > 0. 05),the clinical symptoms,clinical cure rate and total effective rate of observation group were obviously improved than that of control group( P < 0. 05). In terms of adverse reactions,the number of patients with vaginal bleeding,swollen breasts,body mass increased,nausea and anxiety was significantly increased in the control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The therapy of Shugan Xiaoyu Drinks combined with paroxetine can effectively improve the patient's sex hormone levels and clinical curative effect,at the same time it has a significant effect on reducing adverse reaction in the process of treatment.
