摘　　要：本文把企业的具体战略抽象出来 ,从企业的战略群而不是影响单个企业战略的因素着手 ,提出战略生态的概念 .讨论了战略生态的含义、结构、主要形态以及战略生态的平衡与稳定 .This paper focused on the abstract of organizational strategy and presented the idea of strategy ecology from the view of cluster of strategy rather than any factors that affecting organizational strategy.The paper discussed the definition,structure,modality,and the homeostasis of strategy ecology,the applied value in practice.
