摘　　要：阐述了企业理财系统柔性的内涵,论述了企业理财系统柔性测度的影响原因、测度遵循的原则和测度采用的方法,并对资本成本柔性测度模型进行了示例探讨,从理论与实践上对企业理财系统柔性测度进行了研究。This paper interprets the connotation of the flexibility of the enterprise finance system, and discusses the influential factors, principles and methods for measuring this flexibility. It also explores a capital cost flexibility measurement model with some cases. The measurement of the flexibility of enterprise finance system is studied from theory and practice.
