摘　　要：指出了高校校友会的性质、地位及其作用,结合东北大学校友会工作的实践,说明了开展具有特色的校友会活动是校友会存在的生命力,是塑造母校和校友会良好社会形象的保障。提出了进一步完善校友会工作的思路:如建立校、院两级校友联络机构;在配备好地区校友会负责人基础上,进一步抓好校友会的班子建设;要制定明确的组织目标,最后还要充分发挥校内外广大师生的群体力量,以使校友会在新的历史时期,更好地发挥其特有的功能和作用。?The thesis points out the character, the place and the role of alumni associations in colleges and universities. From our work experience, in Northeastern University, it explains that the vitality of the alumni association lies in holding characteristic activities, which are also necessity for portraying a better alma mater and alumni association in the society. The paper brings forward some ideas to perfect the work of the alumni association. For example,organizations to connect both college and university at both levels are to be set up, the leaders of the organization must be paid more attention to, to be in charge of their work in each area. Then clear organizational goals should be established and finally numerous teachers and students Northeastern University can play a better part in bringing its unique function into full play.
