摘　　要：目的:分析口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)细胞周期蛋白D1(cyclin D1)的表达与临床病理资料及预后的关系。方法:回顾性研究50例OSCC及10例正常口腔黏膜cyclin D1的表达情况,采用SABC法根据染色指标计数,并利用Cox比例风险模型进行生存多因素分析。结果:cyclin D1在正常口腔黏膜上皮呈现低水平表达,在OSCC组织中过表达。单因素生存分析表明cyclin D1的表达与生存期显著相关,多因素Cox回归分析表明cyclin D1的表达可作为OSCC辅助性的预后指标。结论:cyclin D1的表达与OSCC的发生发展有密切关系,并与肿瘤的预后密切相关,可作为辅助性的预后观察指标。Objective: To study the expression of cyclin Dl in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and its significance. Methods: The expression of cyclin Dl in 50 OSCC and 10 normal oral mucosa specimens was detected with immunohistochemical method. The relationship between the expression of cyclin Dl and clinical pathological characteristics or survival time was analyzed by Spearman correlation test or log rank test respectively, while univariate and multivariate prognostic analyses were performed by using Cox' s regression model. Results: All of the normal mucosa showed cyclin Dl low expression, while the OSCC showed overexpression.The log rank test showed that the expression of cyclin Dl was negatively correlated with the survival time,and Cox' s regression indicated that the cyclin Dl was a prognostic marker of OSCC.Conclusion: The overexpression of cyclin D1 may involve in the onco-pathogenesis of OSCC and results in a poor prognosis. So it is concluded that the assessment of cyclin D1 expression was useful as a prognostic factor for OSCC and in selecting aggressive therapy.
