健择联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌30例

摘　　要：目的　评价健择联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌化疗方案的疗效。方法　病理明确诊断的 30例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者 ,应用健择 0 .8～ 1.0· m2 - l· d- 1 ,1、9、15 ;顺铂 2 0～ 4 0 mg· m2 - l· d- 1 ,l、8、15静脉滴注 ,同时配合水化利尿、碱化尿液。每 2 8日为一周期 ,化疗中记录毒副反应。结果　 CR 0例 ,PR 12例 ,SD 10例 ,PD 8例 ,有效率 4 0 .0 % (12 / 30 ) ,不良反应主要为骨髓抑制和消化道反应。结论　健择和顺铂联合方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 。Objective To evaluate the effects of gemcitabine and cisplatin on non small lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Thirty cases of cytologically and pathologically confirmed advanced NSCLC were treated with combined chemotherapy including gemcitabine and cisplatin. The treatment period included GEM 0.8 1.0/m2 IV in days 1, 8 and 15; PDD 20 40 mg/m2 IV in days 1, 8 and 15. Each cycle lasted for 28 days. Results The respective rates for CR, PR, SD and PD were 0 (n=0), 40 (n=12), 33.3 (n=10) and 26.7 (n=8). The side effects were mainly myleosuppression and digestive tract reaction. Conclusion A combined chemotherapy was effective and safe in the treatment of advanced NSCLC.
