摘　　要：目的　探讨小瞳孔下采用非切开式瞳孔扩张术行白内障超声乳化术的方法。方法　用粘弹剂和非切开式瞳孔扩张术来扩张小瞳孔。结果　 35 3例 (418只眼 )小瞳孔均成功扩张 ,也成功进行了中心性连续环形撕囊手术和超声乳化术。结论　使用粘弹剂和非切开式瞳孔扩张术对于处理小瞳孔病例是有效而经济的技术 。Objective To discuss the m anagem ent of small pupil in phacoemulsification for cataract surgery by nonincisional pupilloplasty.Methods Viscoelastic and nonincisional pupilloplasty are used for the dilatation of the small pupils.Results Small pupils in4 18cases were successfully enlarged.Center continuous circular capsu- lorhexis and phacoem ulsification were perform ed also successfully.Conclusion U sing viscoelastic and nonincision- al pupilloplasty for small pupil enlargem entare efficient and economical surgical techniques.It can be used in nearly all kinds of sm all pupil in cataract surgery.
