腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤切除术疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢良性肿瘤切除术的临床效果。方法整群选取该院2010年6月—2014年6月收治的卵巢良性肿瘤患者246例为腹腔镜组,并选取医院同期采用开腹手术治疗的246例患者为开腹组,比较两组患者的住院时间,术中出血量,排气时间和术后抗生素使用时间。结果经过分析发现,腹腔镜组患者住院时间为(5.3±1.4)d,术中出血量为(48.5±27.4)m L,排气时间为(1.5±0.2)d和术后抗生素使用时间为(3.1±0.6)d,开腹组患者住院时间为(11.1±1.7)d,术中出血量为(78.1±30.2)m L,排气时间为(2.4±0.5)d和术后抗生素使用时间为(7.1±0.8)d,腹腔镜组明显优于开腹组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的临床效果满意,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic ovarian benign tumor resection. Methods 246 patients with benign ovarian tumors admitted to the hospital From June 2010 to June 2014 were treated as laparoscopic group, and other 246 patients treated by laparotomy in the same period were selected as laparotomy group, and the hospitalization time, the amount of bleeding, the exhaust time and the time of antibiotic use were compared between the two groups. Results Analysis indicated that the hospitalization time[(5.3±1.4)d vs(11.1±1.7)d], amount of bleeding [(48.5±27.4)m L vs(78.1±30.2)m L], exhaust time[(1.5±0.2)d vs(2.4±0.5)d], and time of antibiotic use[(3.1±0.6)d vs(7.1±0.8)d] were all less in the laparoscopic group than in the laparotomy group,P<0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic treatment for ovarian benign tumor is satisfactory, and it is worthy of clinical application.
