非穿透性小梁手术联合植入物术后早期并发症原因分析及护理

摘　　要：目的:针对非穿透性小梁手术(NPTS)联合植入物术后各种并发症的发生原因加强预防和护理措施。方法:对25例(35只眼)青光眼患者行NPTS联合透明质酸钠凝胶植入术进行观察和护理。结果:35只眼中出现Ⅰ级浅前房有3眼,Ⅱ级浅前房有2眼,术后早期前房出血有2眼。结论:术后及时发现和正确处理并发症,给予正确合理的护理是手术成功的重要保证。眼科学报2002;18:259-260.Purpose: To improve the prevention and nursing of complications after non-penetration trabecullar surgery (NPTS) combined with the implant. Methods: 25 patients(35eyes) were observed and nursed after they underwent NPTS combined with reticulated hyaluronic acid implant. Results: In 35 eyes, the flat anterior chamber I occurred in Seyes, the flat anterior chamber II occurred in 2 eyes, and 2 eyes had hyphema in early period after operation. Conclusion: It is important to the success of operation that postoperative complications are detected timely, managed and nursed properly. Eye Science 2002; 18: 259 - 260.
