摘　　要：网络信息环境对图书馆文献资源的建设产生了前所未有的影响,它使文献资源建设的来源、布局、结构发生了变化.对此,图书馆要转变观念,加强馆藏文献特色建设及其对网络信息资源的开发利用.Internet information environment has profourdly influenced the library information resource construction It has changed the resource of information construction the distribution and the structure. In this case we must change our opinion make an effort to construct the unique library and exploit internet information resource.
