摘　　要：通过对企业外部环境的分析和对传统组织模式的重新审视,提出了企业求得生存和发展的关键是通过组织再造,增强自适应功能以与市场环境达成动态平衡,并根据企业过程再造原理,从不同层面阐述了如何实施管理组织创新,提高企业应变能力。By making an analysis of the enterprise's outside environment and reviewing the traditional organization model, the author points out that the key to make the enterprise subsist and develop is to strengthen its adaptability as to keep a dynamic balance between the enterprise and the market environment by rebuilding the organization. Moreover according to the enterprise-process-rebuilding principle, the author comments on how to blaze new trails in management organization and how to enhance the enterprise's ability of meeting an emergency.
