非小细胞肺癌FHIT蛋白表达与吸烟关系的研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨非小细胞肺癌中FHIT蛋白表达与吸烟的关系。[方法]采用SP免疫组化法检测77例非小细胞肺癌组织和25例非恶性肿瘤肺组织中FHIT蛋白的表达。[结果]病例组FHIT蛋白表达缺失率显著高于对照组 (63.64%vs20.00%,χ2=14.42,P=0.001),病例组中吸烟患者FHIT蛋白表达阴性率显著高于不吸烟患者 (70.97 %vs33.33%,χ2=7.39,P=0.007)。[结论]FHIT可能是烟草致癌物的作用靶点。Purpose To explore the association between the expression of fragile histidine triad(Fhit)protein in non_small cell lung cancer and cigarette smoking. The expression of Fhit protein was detected by streptavidin_biotin immunoperoxidase method in paraffin_embeded tissues of 77 lung cancer and 25 nonmalignant lung disease.The negative expression rate in the malignant group(63.64%) was significantly higher than that in the non_malignant group(20.00%),χ2=14.42,P=0.001. The negative rate of Fhit protein expression in the case group was higher in the smokers compared to non_smokers (70.97% vs 33.33%).The difference was significant(χ2=7.39, P=0.007).[Conclusion] Fhit may be a candidate molecular target of smoking carcinogesis.
