摘　　要：目的 :分析探讨大学生考试前的应急行为和心理状态对冠周炎发病率的影响 .方法 :总结被调查人群冠周炎的病史资料 ,归纳病因 ,统计处理考前与平时冠周炎的发病率 ,分析考前冠周炎发病率高的多种因素 .结论 :考前应急可能诱发或加重急性智齿冠周炎的发病 ,从而提高了冠周炎的发病率 ;医务工作者应当关心大学生病员的心理因素对疾病的影响 .Purpose:To analyze and discuss the influence of college students' stress and mental status before examinations on the incidence rate of pericoronitis. Method:Summarize the diseases history of pericoronitis of the investigated group, classify the causes, make statistical analysis of the incidence rates of pericoronitis at usual time and pre examinations, analyze various factors that causes the pre examination high incidence of pericoronitis. Conclusion:Stress before examinations may cause or aggravate acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis, thus causing higher incidence rate of pericoronitis; more attention should be paid to the mental factors relevant to the diseases of college students.
