摘　　要：研究结果表明 ,脑脊液、唾液、支气管灌洗液、肠道灌洗液、尿液、膀胱冲洗液、浆膜腔积液等体液脱落细胞端粒酶活性测定对相应部位恶性肿瘤的诊断具有重要的临床价值。The study results showed that the determination of telomerase activity of exfoliative cells in some body fluid such as cerebrospinal pinal fluid,saliva,bronchus lavage fluid,intestinal lavage fluid,urine,urinary bladder lavage fluid etc,could be of a great value in the diagnosis of malignant tumors in corresponding parts.
