改良义眼座眶内植入术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察改良义眼座植入的临床效果。方法　眼球摘除后 ,羟基磷灰石义眼座植入肌圆锥内 ,前半部分以双层自体巩膜覆盖 ,结膜囊内放置带孔眼模 ,常规睑裂缝合。结果　随访 2个月～ 3年 ,1例球结膜裂开 ,经缝合修补后修复 ,所有病例均义眼活动良好 ,矫正外形满意。结论　改良义眼座眶内植入术并发症少 ,疗效满意 ,比传统术式有更多优点。Objective To observe the clinical effects of improved orbital implantation. Methods After eyeball evisceration, the hydroxyapatite spheres were implanted into muscular pyramid, the half frontal part was covered by autograft of bilaminar sclera, eye modle with some holds was implanted conjunctiva sac. Then palpebral fissure was sewn up normally. Results The cosmetic appearance and the pseudo-ophthalmic mobility were excellent except 1 case with bulbar conjunctiva slitted who was cured of mending. Conclusion The improved hydroxyapatite orbital implantation is a better method with less complication and satisfied cosmetic effects.
