摘　　要：本文论述了知识经济社会对传统图书馆在馆藏、服务方式、馆员素质等方面的挑战,同时指出了在向数字化图书馆过渡时期高校图书馆的定位必须考虑所属高校的性质、专业设置以及科研的方向和重点,并在此基础上确定馆藏重点和特色。Thisarticleindicatesthattheknowledgeeconomysocietychallengesthetraditionalli-braryincollecting,wayofserviceandthequalitiesofthelibrarians,itstates,intheinterimtonu-mericallibrary,thecollegeorientationmustbetakenintoaccountalongwiththecollegecharacter-istic,specialtysetup,scientificresearchdirectionandemphasis,whichcanbeservedasthegrounduponwhichthemajorcollectionanditsfeaturearedetermined.
