谈教学中非智力因素的培养

摘　　要：一般来讲,人的智力因素是差不多的,但非智力因素往往差别很大,由此可见非智力因素的开发非常重要。本文拟从动机、兴趣、道德情感、意志和性格五个方面着手探讨教学中非智力因素的培养。Generallyspeaking,intelligencefactorsdonotdiffersignificantlyfrompersontoperson.Therefore,whatcountsmoreinlanguageteachingistoputmorestressonthecultivationofnon-intelligencefactors.Thepresentarticleintendstointroduceawaytobettercultivatethesefactorsfromtheperspectivesofmotivation,interest,e-motion,willandcharacter.
