城镇化的挑战与农村教育决策的应对

摘　　要：城镇化地区教育与乡村教育存在诸多差异,应加强研究城镇化对农村教育决策的重大影响。基于我国农村城镇化的阶段差异与地区差异,农村教育需采取如下对策:农村教育布局需做重大调整;公民受教育程度和综合素质需有较大提高;加强对农村居民的"离农教育";城镇化不同水平地区应有不同的教育格局;劳动力不同流向区域应有各自特色的职、成教育;要把"城市文明"教育提上日程。There is a great difference ineducation between the urbanization area and the rural area. We should reinforce the great influence of the urbanization to the rural education policy. On the basis of the urbanization phase difference and the area difference, the rural education should adopt the following policies: The rural education overall arrangement should be adjusted a great deal; The citizen education level and the synthetical quality should be enhanced a lot.And we should also strengthen the Education of Leaving Village; There should be different educational patterns patterns in the different urbanization areas: There should be different educational patterns and adult education of its own characteristics in the area of labor forces' different flow directions; The urban civilization should be put in an outstanding position.
