摘　　要：传统的安全评价手段已经不能满足对石油化工行业安全进行科学的综合评估的要求。本文在分析美国道化学公司火灾爆炸指数评价体系的基础上 ,把数据库与计算机技术应用于其中 ,提出了基于道安全评价标准的计算机辅助方法 。Traditional safety assessment methods do not meet the need for scientific and integrated assessment for chemical industry's safety This paper analyzes the fire&explosion index assessment system of DOW's chemical company,and explains how to apply the database and computer technique to establish the computer aided method based on the safety assessment standard of DOW's chemical company.At the end,a scientific method to evaluate chemical industry's safety is presented.
