摘　　要：目的:探讨侧脑室引流术在脑室出血治疗中的应用价值。方法:对22例原发或继发性脑室出血病人进行侧脑室引流术,并注入尿激酶溶解血块;结果:治疗总有效率为82％,死亡率仅为14％;结论:侧脑室引流术为一操作简单、疗效确定的脑室出血治疗手段。Objective:To probe into the value of paraventriculostomy for treating ventricular hemorrhage.Methods:22 patients with primary or secondary ventricular hemorrhage were undergone paraventriculostomy. During the operation urokinase was applied to solve the blood clot.Results:The total effective rate was 82% while the mortality was 14% .Conclusion:The paraventriculostomy was simple and effective therapy for the ventricular hemorrhage.
