摘 要:目的 研究喉鳞癌中c myc和nm2 3表达与意义。 方法 应用免疫组织化学ABC法检测 64例喉鳞癌、10例喉乳头状瘤、6例喉正常黏膜组织中c myc和nm2 3的表达。 结果 ( 1)c myc在上述 3种组织中表达率分别为 70 %、3 0 %、0 % ,差别有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;( 2 )nm2 3在上述 3种组织中表达率分别为 61%、2 0 %、0 % ,差别有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;( 3 )c myc表达与喉鳞癌TNM分期和颈淋巴结转移相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;( 4)nm2 3表达与喉鳞癌颈淋巴结转移呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;( 5 )在c myc和nm2 3联合表达与颈淋巴结转移的关系中 ,c myc阳性而nm2 3阴性表达者易发生颈淋巴结转移。 结论 c myc和nm2 3在喉上皮中的表达与其恶变程度相关 ;c myc表达可作为喉鳞癌病情进展和预后不良的客观指标 ;检测喉鳞癌中c myc和nm2Purpose In order to study the relationship between the expression of c-myc?nm23 and its significance in laryngeal squamous cell cancer(LSCC). Methods The avidin biotin peroxidase method was used to detect the expression of c-myc and nm23 in sixty four cases of LSCC?ten cases of laryngeal papilloma and six cases of normal laryngeal tissue. Results (1) The expression rates of c-myc in the above three tissues was 70%?30% and 0% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(2) The expression rates of nm23 in the above three tissues was 61%?20% and 0% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3) C-myc expression in LSCC was related to TNM category(P< 0.05).(4) C-myc positive expression and nm23 negative expression in LSCC were related to cervical node metastasis. Conclusions (1) The expression of c-myc or nm23 was related to the degree of malignancy in laryngeal epithelial cells.(2) The expression of c-myc may be identified as an objective indicator of LSCC patients with a poor prognosis.(3) It is possible to predict lymph node metastasis by detecting the expression of nm23 and c-myc in LSCC.
