超早期微创伤治疗脑室出血48例报告

摘　　要：目的　探讨超早期微创伤对脑室出血的治疗效果。方法　 4 8例病人都在局麻下进行。采用 :①脑脊液体外引流术 ;②生理盐水脑室灌洗术 ;③尿激酶注射引流术 ;④腰穿。其中① +③ 2 4例 ;② +③ 16例 ;① +④8例。结果　所有病例经 3个月的随访。用日常生活能力 (ADL)评价预后 :ADLⅠ级 2 1例 ;Ⅱ～Ⅴ级分别为 10、10、7例。结论　超早期微创伤治疗脑室出血是一种安全。Objective To discuss the effective therapy of intraventricular hematomas treated with minimal injury neurosurgery in super eary stage.Methods Local anesthesia was used in 48 patients.①external ventricular drainage (EVD);②ventricular perfusion with normal saline(VP);③ventricular injection with urokinase(VI);④lumar puncture(LP).Both EVD and VI were used in 24 cases;both VP and VI in 16 cases and both EVD and LP in 8 cases.Results All patients were followed for 3 months.The number is 21 with ADL grade I,while 10?10?7 and 0 in gradeⅡ～Ⅴ respectively.Conclusion The treatment is safe and effective.
