摘 要:将一个工程实际问题简化为单自由度、双质量系统 ,分析了其在冲击和干摩擦力作用下的位移响应 ,由此推导了吸振弹簧的刚度计算公式 ,为设计吸振弹簧的刚度确定了理论基础 ,并用Matlab编程计算了一个实例 ,计算结果表明对于冲击载荷减振弹簧的弹性系数很大 ,纠正了以往设计减振器时使用小刚度弹簧的错误 .对于大刚度的金属弹簧设计上有一定的困难 。An actual question was simplified to the single freedom and double mass system and its displacement response under impact and fraction was analyzed. The severity equation of spring was deduced and fundamental theory of designing spring severity was confirmed. The calculation of an example was done with a compiled program. The result indicated that absorber′s spring severity was so hard that it was completely different from soft spring used in absorber before. This explained the reason why soft spring absorb was easily ruined. Hard spring absorber should be used instead of soft one. It was difficult to design hard severity metal spring, so rubber material was selected and shock absorber was designed. The experiment verified the theory and the result.
