摘　　要：结合广西地区全科医师岗位培训工作的实际 ,提出并分析当前在全科医师岗位培训工作中存在的问题 。On the basis of the situation of Guangxi general practice's post training, the article ticks out the problems currently and analyze them. The article also shows out the countermeasures to solve these problems.
