HPV、HSV2感染及C-erbB-2表达与宫颈癌关系

摘　　要：目的 :探讨汕头地区宫颈癌的发生与HPV、HSV2感染以及C erbB 2表达的相关性。方法 :采用PCR技术检测宫颈癌(84例 )组织与正常宫颈 (13例 )组织的HPV DNA、HSV2 DNA ,并用免疫组化SP法检测同一宫颈癌组织标本与正常宫颈组织标本的C erbB 2表达情况。结果 :①宫颈癌组织HPV DNA ,HSV2 DNA阳性率分别为 4 7 6 % ,4 6 4 % ,正常宫颈组织则为7 7% ,15 4 %。宫颈癌组织的HPV、HSV2感染率均显著高于正常宫颈组织 (P <0 0 1,P <0 0 5 )。②宫颈癌组织中 ,HPV、HSV2双阳性 2 4例 ,经统计学处理 ,HPV和HSV2间的感染有显著相关性 (P <0 0 5 )。③宫颈癌组织的C erbB 2表达率为34 5 % ,显著高于正常宫颈组织 (0 /13,P <0 0 5 )。④ 75 9%的C erbB 2阳性患者 (2 2 /2 9)与HPV和 (或 )HSV2同时呈现阳性。结论 :汕头地区宫颈癌的发生与较高的HPV、HSV2感染率和C erbB 2表达率密切相关 。Objective:To study the correlation among the infections of HPV,HSV2,the expression of C-erbB-2 and the occurrence of cervical carcinoma in Shantou area.Methods:Human papilloma virus (HPV)16/18-DNA and simple herpes virus (HSV) 2-DNA were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR),while C-erbB-2 expression was detected by SP immuno-histochemistry in 84 cases of cervical carcinoma and 13 cases of normal cervical tissue as control.Results:①In 84 cases with cervical carcinoma tissue,the positive rate of the HPV-DNA was 47 6%,the HSV2-DNA of 46 4%.The rates were significantly higher than those of normal cervical tissues (7 7%, P <0 01 and 15 4%, P <0 05).②Twenty-four cases were infected with both HPV and HSV2,a statistic analysis showed there was a notable correlation between these two viruses infection ( P <0 05).③The rate of C-erbB-2 expression was 34 5% in 84 cases with cervical carcinoma,which was higher than that of normal cervical tissues (0/13, P <0 05).④75 9% cases of positive C-erbB-2 expression might detect the infection of HPV and/or HSV2.Conclusion:The high infection rates of HPV,HSV2 and the rate of C-erbB-2 expression are related to the occurrence of cervical carcinoma.The cooperation of HPV,HSV2 and C-erbB-2 may play an important role in the development of cervical carcinoma.
