TGF-β及其受体在颌面部血管瘤组织中表达的研究

摘　　要：目的　探讨多肽生长因子TGF β及其受体与颌面部血管瘤发生、发展的关系。 方法　通过免疫组织化学EnVison方法分别测定TGF β及其受体 (TGF βRII)在颌面部血管瘤和血管畸形中的表达 ,并以正常组织为对照组。结果　TGF β在血管瘤组织中阳性表达 ,主要表达于增殖活跃的内皮细胞胞浆、细胞膜上 ,间质细胞中也有表达 ;明显高于血管畸形和正常组织中的表达 (P <0 0 5 ) ;TGF βRII在血管瘤内皮细胞在组织中无明显表达 ,与血管畸形组织和正常组织无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　血管瘤组织中的内皮细胞不是特异性TGF β靶细胞 ;TGF β对血管瘤的内皮细胞调节作用可能通过其它途径 ,并可能与血管瘤的退化有关。Objective To investigate the correlation between the expression of TGF-β and its receptor Ⅱ and pathogenesis of hemangiomas with examining the expression of TGF-β and its receptor Ⅱ in maillofacial hemangiomas. Methods TGF-β and its receptor Ⅱ were examined respectively in tissue sections from 11 cases with hemangiomas and 8 cases with vascularmalformations. by the EnVision immumohistochemistry. Results The expressions of TGF-β in hemangiomas was higher than that of in vascularmalformations and normal tissue (P<0 05), TGF-β was expressed mainly on endothelial cells and pericytes of hemangiomas, there was no obvious difference of TGF-β R Ⅱ between hemangioma and vascularmalforations tissue (P>0 05). Conclusion There was potential role between expressions of TGF-β and its receptor with the pathogenesis and regression of maxillofacial hemangiomas.
