摘　　要：用"三个代表"重要思想统领高校改革与发展事业:一要用"三个代表"重要思想统帅高校党的建设工作;二要用"三个代表"重要思想统帅高校教育改革事业;三要用"三个代表"重要思想统帅全校的发展大局。In order to guide the reform and development of universities with the thought of 'Three Represents',we should guide the CPC building of universities,education reform of universities and the development of universities with the thought of 'Three Represents' 
