摘　　要：目的　研究3 2 P 磷酸铬胶体 (3 2 P 胶体 )局部给药在腹水型肝癌淋巴道转移小鼠的体内分布。方法　在 3 0只KM小鼠爪垫下注射H2 2腹水型肝癌细胞 ,建立淋巴道转移模型 ,动态观察3 2 P 胶体瘤体内注射后在小鼠局部、区域淋巴结和全身各器官组织内的分布情况 ,以及3 2 P 胶体在局部淋巴结内的活度与给药剂量的关系。结果　在分期处死的小鼠中观察到 ,3 2 P 胶体主要聚集在注射局部和区域淋巴结内 ,肝、脾、肺等分布活度较低。区域淋巴结聚集的活度随给药剂量的增加而增高。结论　3 2 P 胶体局部注射后可经淋巴道转运 ,并聚集在区域淋巴结 。Objective To study the distribution of chromic phosphate colloids in mice mouse with hepa^toma lymph metastasis after intratumoral injection.Methods To prepare the lymphatic metastasis mouse models,thirty female KM mice which ascites hepatoma cells had been injected subcutaneously in the medial site of right pad were used.After intratumoral injection of chromic colloids,its distribution in mice regional lymph nodes and other organs was observed dynamically,as well as the correlation between the activity of intratumoral injection and the dosage.Results Chromic colloids mainly remained in the tumor and regional lymph nodes.The organs,such as liver,spleen,lung,retained a mild activity.It could be observed that the activity distributed in regional lymph nodes increased when the tumor accepted a higher injected dosage.Conclusion Chromic colloids can migrate to regional lymph nodes through lymph tube after intratumoral injection.It is probable to use this radioactive colloids for treatment of lymph metastasis.
