摘　　要：目的　筛选受维甲酸调控的新基因片段。方法　经细胞培养 ,构建人急性早幼粒细胞白血病细胞的减数文库 ,应用半定量RT -PCR技术对减数文库的前向文库中 5 3个新基因片段进行筛选。结果　 2 4个新基因片段受维甲酸调控 ,其中大多数呈上调趋势 ,少数表现为先下调后上调。Objective To screen novel gene segments modulated by retinoic acid.?Methods Using cell culture, construction of subtractive library for human acute promyelocytic leukemic cells and semiquantitive RT-PCR technique, 53 novel gene segments were screened in the forward library of subtractive library.?Results Twenty four novel gene segments were modulated by retinoic acid, of which the majority were up-regulated, the minority were down-regulated at the beginning and became up-regulated later.?Conclusion The gene expression induced by retinoic acid is of phasic characteristics.
