摘  要:目的探讨乳腺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)mRNA的表达、微血管密度(MVD)与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)和免疫组织化学链霉卵白素-过氧化物酶(SP)法技术,对47例乳腺癌组织VEGF mRNA、VEGF蛋白的表达及微血管密度进行研究。结果乳腺癌组织VEGF mRNA的表达高于癌旁组织(55.30%:17.02%)。VEGFmRNA的表达与淋巴结转移呈正相关趋势。VEGF表达和MVD与乳腺癌淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05)。癌组织MVD值明显高于癌旁组织MVD值。结论VEGF与乳腺癌血管生成密切相关。VEGF和MVD表达增高对乳腺癌淋巴结转移有促进作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and microvascular density (MVD) with lymph node metastasis in breast carcinoma (BC). Methods Expression of VEGF protein and VEGF mRNA and MVD in 47 cases of breast carcinoma were studied by immunohistochemistry methods and reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) technique. Results VEGF mRNA expression in BC tumor tissues were higher than in adjacent nomal tissues (55.30% vs 17.02%). VEGF mRNA expression in BC lymph node metastasis showed a tendency to relation. There was a close correlation between VEGF and MVD with lymph node metastasis ( P <0. 05). MVD positive rate in BC tumor tissues were higher than in adjacent nomal tissues ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion VEGF is closely related to angiogenesis of BC. The increase of VEGF and MVD may promote lymph node metastasis of BC.
