摘　　要：目的 :研究胃镜活检胃癌组织中E 钙粘蛋白 (E cadherin ,E cad)和γ 连环蛋白 (γ catenin ,γ cat)的表达与胃癌生长浸润的关系。方法 :用SP免疫组化方法检测 4 0例胃镜活检、4 0例术后胃癌组织和 2 0例胃良性组织中E cad和γ cat的表达并进行半定量分析。结果 :E cad和γ cat在胃良性组织中全部正常表达 ,而胃癌不同程度的表达减弱、缺失或分布异常 ,活检和术后胃癌组织的表达无显著性差异 ,E cad和γ cat的表达与胃癌组织的分化程度密切相关 (P <0 .0 1) ,与生长方式、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有相关性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :了解胃镜活检胃癌组织中E cad和γ cat的表达 ,可在术前判断肿瘤的生长浸润情况 。Objective: To study the expression of E cadherin and γ catenin in gastric carcinoma of gastroscopic biopsies and its correlation with invasion and metastasis. Methods: We examined 40 gastric carcinomas of gastroscopic biospies, 40 postoperative gastric carcinomal tissues and 20 benign tissues of stomach by S P immunohistochemistry of E cadherin monoclonal antibody and γ catenin polyclonal antibody. The imunohistochemical staining results were densitometrically semiquantitatived. Results: All benign tissues of stomach expressed E cadherin and γ catenin normally, E cadherin andγ catenin expression were reduced or negative in gastric carcinomas. The expression of E cadherin and γ catenin in gastic carcinomas of gastroscopic biospies was associated with carcinomal differentiation, growing pattern, invasive depth and lymth node metastasis. Conclusion: expression of E cadherin and γ catenin is associated with invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma, which suggests E cadherin and γ catenin might serve as new carcinomal markers. We can preoperatively evaluate the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma by measuring E cadherin and γ catenin in gastric tissues of gastroscopic biopsies.
