连续环形撕囊技术在小切口非超乳IOLP术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨连续环形撕囊技术 (CCC)与小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除人工晶体植入手术质量的关系。方法 :将 2 6 8例老年性白内障患者随机分成连续环形撕囊组 (CCC)和经典信封式截囊组 (EC) ,施行小切口无缝线非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体植入术。结果 :在减少后囊破裂、晶体悬韧带部分离断、玻璃体溢出方面 ,CCC组明显优于EC组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而在人工晶体植入率、术后视力、角膜混浊方面两组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :连续环形撕囊技术在减少术中并发症方面有明显优越性 。Objective: To research the relation of the technigue of continue circinate capsuloriexis(C.C.C) with the operation quality of small incision nonphacoemulsification and IOL implantation. Methods: 268 senile cataract cases are all be done small incisions without suture nonphacoemulsification implanted intraocular lens, it is divided into two parts random , one is C.C.C, and another is E.C. Result: The complications of the operation, such as the rupture of the posterior capsular, the lens suspensory ligament rupture, prolapse of vitreous are obvious lower in the C.C.C case than in E.C case (P<0.01). The ration of the implantation, the sight of post-operation, corneal opacity is no marked disparate (P>0.05). Conclusion: The technique of C.C.C is superior in reducing the complication of cataract surgery. It's helpful in improving the guality of the operation.
