军用固体运动饮料对细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨高温环境和附加运动不同条件下,观察军用固体运动饮料主要成份(人参、黄芪、红景天、多抗甲素)对机体非特异性免疫功能的影响程度。方法 采用腹腔巨噬细胞表面C_(3b)受体花环测定法,对60只小鼠分组,分别采用不同实验条件,同时胃饲固体运动饮料,检测小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞表面C_(3b)受体花环的变化。结果 单游组、高运组和高游组巨噬细胞C_(3b)受体花环明显降低(P<0.01),而药运组和药游组其结果已近正常(P>0.05)。结论 军用固体运动饮料对机体非特异性免疫功能有显著的增强作用。Objective To study the effects of the military- solid-beverage(MSSB, composed of Ginseng, Astrangalus, Hongjingtian,Polyactin-A,etc.) on non-specific cell immunity in vivo. Methods The EacRFC assay was used to examine C_(3b)R on pentonealmacrophage of the mice in each group. Results C_(3b)R positive macrophage in swimming group, high-temperature sporting groupand high-temperature swimming group decreased more significantly than that in control group; and those in the MSSB-sporting andMSB-swimming groups were near the normal level(P>0.05). Conclusion The MSSB is effective in remarkably increasing theactivities of non-specific cell immunity.
