摘　　要：目的　观察颗粒状骨髓 松质骨移植并钛网成形修复下颌骨缺损的效果。方法　对我科 9例下颌骨缺损患者应用自体髂骨颗粒状骨髓 松质骨移植并钛网成形技术进行修复。结果　经过 3～ 17个月随访 ,所有患者均恢复了良好的下颌外形 ,植骨区骨密度较手术前明显增加 ,供区无形态畸形和功能障碍。结论　颗粒状骨髓 松质骨移植并钛网成型能很好恢复下颌骨形态和功能 ,供区损伤小 ,无形态缺损和功能障碍 ,是一种很有前景的下颌骨缺损的修复方法。Objective To investigate the effect of particulate cancellous bone and marrow grafts with titanium mesh on mandibular reconstruction. Methods Nine cases of mandibular defect were selected toreceive mandibular reconstruction using particulate cancellous bone and marrow grafts with titanium mesh. Results During 3 17months follow up,all patients recovered with good mandibular shape.After operation,the bone density in the graft areas was significantly increased than before operation. Donorarea had no deformity and functional abnormality. Conclusion Mandibular reconstruction using cancellous bone and marrow grafts with titaniummesh can restablish the mandibular shape and function with little trauma and node formity of shape .It may be a good method for mandibular reconstuction
