摘  要:报道了无机纳米溶胶CdS的合成 ,并对其进行了功能化修饰。研究了功能性CdS纳米溶胶的荧光性质。对小牛胸腺DNA进行了定量测定 ,考察了各种影响因素 ,在最佳实验条件下 ,该方法的线性区间 0 .1~1 5mg L ,检测限为 0 .0 18mg L。与传统的有机染料相比 ,该方法简单、快速。Nanometer-sized fluorescent particles have been successfully synthesized. A fluorescence quenching method has been developed for rapid determination of calf thymus deoxyribonucleic acid (ct-DNA) with functionalized CdS as a fluorescence probe, based on the fluorescence quenching of functionalized CdS in the presence of ct-DNA. Maximum fluorescence produced at pH 7.00, with maximum excitation and emission wavelength at 360 nm and 565 nm, respectively. Under optimal conditions, the calibration graph is linear over the range 0.1similar to1.5 mg/L for calf thymus DNA. The corresponding detection limit is 0.018 mg/L for calf thymus DNA. The relative standard deviation of six replicate measurements is 2.3% for 0.5 mg/L calf thymus DNA. The fluorescence method was proved to be simple, rapid and sensitive.
