摘　　要：介绍了围绕放射性同位素 1 92 Ir、6 0 Co源的应用开展的防护管理工作。首先是加强放射工作人员的培训 ,对源的使用执行严格的管理程序和规定 ;重点说明了在不同应用现场采取的具体防护及管理措施 ;最后 ,介绍了射线源的采购、废源处理和运输等相应的管理程序及辐射事故应急计划等。上述一系列的管理体系和规章制度 ,保证了源的安全使用 。This paper is to describe the efforts in protection and management of 192 Ir and 60 Co industrial radiography resources. The primary is to strenghen worker thraining with emphases on the strigent management procedure and regulations for safey use of sources. Importantl accounts are given to the soruce specific protection and management measures that should be taken in various situations. Also the management procedure and emergency plans relevant to source purchase, disused source disposal and transport are presented. The above ensures the safe use of sources, creating good ecomonic effectiveness.
