摘　　要：西北书院在千余年间发展历程中 ,形成了一套独特而严密的制度 ,对今天西北教育仍有不可忽视的借鉴意义 ,但有关西北书院制度的系统研究 ,至今阙如。笔者在大量文献基础上 ,从西北书院的发展历程及类型和等级、职务设置与教学、考核制度、藏书刻书制度。So far no one has still made the multiple and intensive research into the system of Shuyuan Academy in the Northwestern of china I find many a peculiarity For example, most Shuyuan Academies were built by the state in the Northwestern of China, but by common in the southeastern of China The number of Shuyuan Academies in villages exceeded that in towns,and it was contrary in the Southeastern of China Shuyuan Academies developed and instituted its the peculiar and integrative system during 1000 years The system offers the advice to the education in the Northwestern of China
