摘　　要：模式识别技术的应用,可使微电子封装工艺更具智能化。模板匹配法是模式识别技术的基本模式。以模板匹配法在半导体器件SOT—23封装工艺中的应用为例,从基本概念与系统结构入手较详细地介绍了模式识别技术。The application of pattern recognition makes micro electronic packages more intelligent. Template matching method is the basic mode of pattern recognition technology. With the illustration of the application of template matching method to the encapsulation of SOT—23 semiconductor device, the application of pattern recognition technology is discussed concerning its basic concept and system structure.
