微机林火管理与指挥系统的研究

摘　　要：于1987年—1989年在黑龙江省尚志县次生林区进行试验的,对不同可燃物进行了定量(可燃物负荷量,基本密度,热值,可燃物床深度,表面积体积比等)的描述,在此基础上建立了火行为预报模型。微机林火管理与指挥系统的研究,是根据信息管理系统工程的理论,利用微机及软件工具,建立了林火数据库,实现了森林火险预报,雷击火发生预报,图形显示(可燃物类型图、火险等级图、火行为图、地理信息图等),森林资源管理,林火迹地损失管理,林火记录管理及辅助决策管理等功能,为林火预防及指挥灭火提供了科学依据。The numberical descriptions are made to different fuels including fuel loading, basic density, heat value, depth of fuel bed and surface-area-to-volume ratio in the second growth forest in Shangzi county, Heilongjiang province from 1987 to 1989.Then models are developed for the prediction of forest fire behavior. By using theories of information management system engineering and computer utility software such as DBASE Ⅲ and AUTOCAD, forest fire databases and graphic databases are set up on computers. And a forest fire management and direction system is made on the basis of these data. This system has the following functions:1.forest fire danger prediction 2.hunder ignition fire prediction 3.graphic display 4.forest resources management 5.loss management of burned area 6.forest fire records management 7.computer-aided decision making on fire fighting. It provides scientific basis for forest fire prevention and direction of extinguishment.
