摘 要:以发泡饭盒为主的“白色污染”被世界认为 2 0世纪最大公害之一。治理难度较大 ,目前市场“以纸代塑”的纸餐盒生产工艺耗能大、产量低、售价高 ,市场应用受阻。采用红外辐射干燥工艺 ,能耗费用可由 0 .0 8元 只降低为 0 .0 0 7元 只 ,从而达到节能、降低成本的目的。纸浆饭盒红外辐射干燥周期比对流干燥快 2 .8(6 .5 2 .3)倍 ,平均干燥速率大 2 .6 4(2 .4 5 0 .93)倍。As a white pollute, the plastics canteen production had been one of the most public hazard in the 20th century. It is very difficult to bring the white pollute under control, The producing process of pulp messtin replaced plastics production are of great heat consumption, low production, high priced in present market. So applicability in the market is small. After using infrared radiation drying the pulp canteen process, the power consumption expenses is reduced from 0.08 yuan unit price to 0.007 yuan unit price. The conclusion is proved to save energy, reduce production price. Drying cycle of infrared radiation is 2.8(6.5/2.3) shorter than one of convection, Average drying rate of infrared radiation is 2.64(2.45/0.93) higher than convection.
